Now that you are at the end of this course, it’s time to put these strategies into action! We prepared a template where you can keep track of all your affiliate marketing activities. This is a simple checklist you can print out or refer to in organising your workflow.
You may include the following details on your checklist:
Target Market: For example, it could be small business owners based in New Zealand or other cities in your country.
No. of People to Target/Day: Indicate how many people you should contact per day and share with them your affiliate link. Examples for this are 30 people/day or 50 people/day.
Content Checklist: Indicate which types of content you’ll be doing, and check them off your list when you are done with them.
Frequency of content creation and posting: Indicate how often you should create content and post them on social media.
Other marketing strategies: List the other marketing tactics you should use in promoting your affiliate link.
Daily Routine of Tasks: Schedule your daily tasks and follow through with them. As you build up your efforts over time, you’ll be able to get a wider reach and bring more traffic back to your affiliate link.
Weekly and Monthly Targets: Give yourself realistic targets to reach every week and month. For example, if you want to reach 200 people per month, write it as your goal. You can also note how many referrals or paying customers you should secure by the end of the month.
Tracking Campaigns: List your planned marketing campaigns and document the results of your efforts.
Notes: For any additional discoveries you make, take note of them so that you can refer to it in the future.
